This time, Vanke Shenye · Wanzhong New City has reached a cooperation agreement with Shanghai Maichi Cultural Development Co., Ltd. to build an international IP indoor theme park cluster complex, consisting of three international IP indoor parks, IP themed hotels, and IP themed retail catering. The project is expected to cover a total of 15000 square meters and will be located in the waterfront leisure commercial street with a floor area of approximately 90000 square meters, which is part of the Wanzhong New City.
